The Kimchimon turned 18 months! This means it marked the end of his baby vaccinations. When he got his last jab, he didn't even cry. Good job my baby, thank you for tolerating the needles and the awful fever medications for the past 18 months. You will be free of vaccinations (well, for now).

When Kimchimon was born he already had his first jab for BCG. It was then followed by a series of other injections when he reach 3 months old and so on. We followed through the schedule for all the required vaccinations as I think the vaccinations are important and shouldn't be forgotten (you can find the list of required vaccinations as well as the schedule in your baby's health booklet).
I know that some people actually don't trust the vaccines either not believing that they are safe or not believing that they actually work. To me, I think vaccines are important for babies as they sort of help their bodies to build up immune system. (If you are curious on how vaccines work, click here.
When Kimchimon completed his vaccination, the nurse informed us that we could download a certificate of his vaccinations and gave us the link. This certificate is required if you want to enroll your little one to childcare. You can also find it here.
