Life with Kimchimon

28th September marks the 4th year that my husband and I got married. Happy anniversary! Thank you for all the love and care for me and Kimchimon. 😘 As the husband likes cheesecake, so I made some oreo cheesecake for this occasion. Turns out Kimchimon likes it too. On 15 August, I brought Kimchimon to the indoor playground, Waka Waka together with my friend, Feng Ling and her son, Matthias. Matthias and Kimchimon are of the same age. So we thought it would be a good idea for them to have a play date together. Waka Waka is located at the Annex@Furama,   407 Havelock Rd, #05-01, Singapore 169634. We took a train from Buangkok station to Chinatown and changed to bus 51.  We were required to book a time slot in advance. Each time slot is 2 hours. We were also required to purchase a ticket that allows 1 adult and 1 child to enter. I selected this playground as sanitization will be carried out after every session. This also means that each play time will end 15 minutes earlier for sanitization. Upon reaching, we checked in using the Safe Entry and have our temperature taken. As Kimchimon grows older, I wanna get abit creative for his meals so he won't be eating porridge for every meal. When I first tried almond butter, I fell in love with it. So I thought why not make some almond butter pancakes for him? I used Betty Crocker pancake mix for this and it turns out really good and Kimchimon loved it. The Kimchimon turned 18 months! This means it marked the end of his baby vaccinations. When he got his last jab, he didn't even cry. Good job my baby, thank you for tolerating the needles and the awful fever medications for the past 18 months. You will be free of vaccinations (well, for now).  When Kimchimon was born he already had his first jab for BCG. It was then followed by a series of other injections when he reach 3 months old and so on. We followed through the schedule for all the required vaccinations as I think the vaccinations are important and shouldn't be forgotten (you can find the list of required vaccinations as well as the schedule in your baby's health booklet).  I know that some people actually don't trust the vaccines either not believing that they are safe or not believing that they actually work.
